Product Description

The Endress+Hauser Memosens COS81E Digital Optical Oxygen Sensor is designed according to EHEDG and ASME BPE standards for hygienic applications. It can be precalibrated in a lab and swapped into a process with plug-and-play convenience, requiring no polarization time and providing immediate measurement readiness.

A built-in reference LED compensates for aging of the measuring LED, ensuring long-term stability. The sensor can be used in process applications as well as benchtop fermenters, and includes a standard Pg 13.5 process connection that allows installation in standard pH assemblies.

With a measurement range of 0.004-30mg/l and process temperature capability from 1-140°C, the COS81E is suitable for fermentation, drinking water production, inertization, monitoring of explosive atmospheres with O2 concentration ≥2%Vol, and quality control in the food industry. Memosens technology provides extended data storage for predictive maintenance and enhanced IIoT services.
