Product Description

The Endress+Hauser Memosens COS22E digital oxygen sensor is designed for measurement in hygienic, sterile, and hazardous applications. Its modular design enables expedited exchange of membrane cap and electrolyte, reducing maintenance downtime.

The sensor is compliant with FDA and USP requirements, making it suitable for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and beverage, and chemical processing applications. Available in standard (0-60 mg/l) and trace (0-10 mg/l) measurement ranges, it accommodates process temperatures from -5 to 135°C and pressures from 1-12 bar.

Memosens digital technology provides extended storage of calibration and process data, predictive maintenance capabilities, and enhanced IIoT services. Wetted materials include stainless steel 1.4435 (AISI 316L), with shaft sleeve options in titanium or hastelloy for corrosive environments. The sensor is suitable for process control in fermentation, boiler feedwater, inertizations, and residual oxygen measurement.
