The Druck PV620-IS Series are intrinsically safe pressure stations certified for stand-alone use in hazardous areas. These high-performance pressure generators replace conventional hand pumps and gas bottles, providing greater efficiency, ease of use, and enhanced safety. When combined with a reference instrument such as the DPI104, they function as gauge comparators and pressure calibrators.

Three models are available:

• PV621-IS: Pneumatic pressure generator covering 95% vacuum to 300 psi (20 bar). Features a conventional hand pump with volume adjuster and pressure/vacuum selector, requiring half the effort of traditional systems.
• PV622-IS: Pneumatic pressure generator covering 95% vacuum to 1500 psi (100 bar). Employs an innovative dual-stage system with a hand pump for initial pressure generation and a screw press for intensification, eliminating the need for gas bottles and regulators in field locations.
• PV623-IS: Hydraulic pressure generator covering 0 to 15,000 psi (1000 bar). Generates stable pressure within one minute without system priming, solving common issues associated with hydraulic pressure generation.

All models feature a quick-fit pressure connection system requiring no tools or sealing tape. Pressure relief valves are available to protect connected devices from overpressure. The stations are designed to work seamlessly with the DPI620-IS multifunction calibrator and PM620-IS pressure modules, creating a fully integrated pressure calibration system. The MC620-IS module carrier enables dual-channel pressure measurement capability when used in place of a pressure station.

Each station includes interchangeable G1/8 and 1/8 NPT adapters, a carry strap, quick reference guide, and CD user manual. The PV623-IS additionally includes a fill bottle for hydraulic fluid. Optional accessories include carrying cases, comparator adapters, blanking plugs, and comprehensive adapter kits.
