The WIKA CTD9100-COOL Temperature Dry Well Calibrator is suited for on-site calibrations and is extremely user-friendly. Due to its compact design and low weight, the instrument can be taken and used almost anywhere. The new instrument concept brings together a stable heat source with precision Pt100 temperature measurement .

The CTD9100-COOL operates using Peltier elements for active cooling, allowing it to achieve testing temperatures below the ambient environment. This capability makes it particularly valuable in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and food industries where low-temperature calibration is essential. With a temperature range of -55°C to 200°C, it covers a wide variety of industrial applications.

The calibrator works with temperature-controlled metal blocks and interchangeable inserts. The calibration temperature can be adjusted simply using two buttons on the controller, and the actual and set temperatures are displayed simultaneously on a large 4-digit, high-contrast LC display, virtually eliminating reading errors .

Accuracy is 0.15 K from -55°C to 100°C and 0.25 K at 200°C, with stability of ±0.05 K. The 150mm immersion depth reduces heat dissipation errors, and the RS-485 interface enables remote operation and data logging.
