With an expanded temperature range of -45°C to 180°C (-49 to 356°F), the RTC-187 covers a wide variety of calibration applications. It boasts outstanding accuracy of ±0.04°C with external reference sensor and stability of ±0.005°C. The Dynamic Load Compensation (DLC) system provides perfect temperature uniformity in the insert regardless of the number or size of sensors immersed.

The calibrator offers unique intelligent STS sensors for plug-and-play connectivity, eliminating the need for coefficient downloading sequences. Both the STS-200 and DLC sensors contain all individual calibration data, allowing users to change the reference sensor and be up and running immediately. The easy-to-read full-color 5.7-inch VGA display provides clear indication of temperature uniformity and measurement status.

The RTC-187 is available in three configurations: RTC-A (basic), RTC-B (with input for reference sensor, DLC sensor and sensors-under-test), and RTC-C (with input for reference sensor and DLC sensor).
