The Erbessd Instruments WiSER3X Mini is a compact, wireless vibration sensor designed for easy and effective condition monitoring of rotating machinery . It can be configured to record data on either 1 or 3 axes, with user-selectable recording times, to identify and predict common machine faults including mechanical looseness, unbalance, misalignment, bearing defects, resonance, and gear issues .

The sensor is available in two performance models. The High Range model features a spectral noise of 630 µg/√Hz and a frequency range of 10 kHz on the X and Y axes and 5.1 kHz on the Z axis. The High Sensitivity model offers lower noise (130 µg/√Hz) but a reduced frequency range of 4 kHz (X,Y) and 1.8 kHz (Z). Both models provide up to 6400 lines of resolution for detailed spectral analysis .

The WiSER3X Mini communicates via Bluetooth BLE 5.0 with a recording range of up to 50 meters. It is powered by a CR2023 3V lithium battery and housed in an IP67-rated enclosure, making it suitable for use in harsh environments with an operating temperature range of -7 to 60°C (20 to 140°F). A unique feature is the QR Connect tool, which allows users to easily transfer on-route and off-route information from their phone into the DigivibeMX analysis software for detailed diagnostics .
