The AW-Lake JV-BB Series flow meter is provided with 0.5% accuracy over the full range of the meter, higher resolution, and higher pressure ratings with the release of our JV-BB series. These PD meters were designed for measuring lubricating and nonabrasive fluids with low or medium viscosity. Applications include chemical injection & dosing systems, fuel measurement, test stands, and hydraulic positioning systems.

The meters cover flow ranges from 0.005 to 120.0 GPM across six available flow ranges, providing flexibility for various application requirements. Accuracy is ±0.5% of reading with turndown ratios up to 150:1. Pressure ratings up to 6000 PSI make these meters suitable for high-pressure applications. Body materials include aluminum, 303 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel to accommodate different fluid compatibility requirements.

Each meter undergoes 7-point logarithmic calibration to ensure optimal performance across the entire flow range. The positive displacement design provides excellent accuracy and repeatability for lubricating and nonabrasive fluids with low or medium viscosity. The rugged construction and wide pressure rating make the JV-BB Series suitable for demanding industrial applications including chemical injection, fuel measurement, test stands, and hydraulic systems.
