Product Description

The KROHNE TIDALFLUX 2000 electromagnetic flow sensor features an integrated non-contact capacitive level measuring system, providing accurate flow measurement in partially filled pipes. It is specifically designed for water and wastewater applications where pipes are not running full .

The TIDALFLUX 2000 measures reliably between 10% and 100% of the pipe cross section. The integrated level sensors are embedded in the liner with no contact with the liquid, making them insensitive to fat and oil floating on the surface. This non-wetted electrode design ensures that the measurement remains unaffected by coatings or build-up .

Available in diameters from 8 to 64 inches (DN200 to 1600), the sensor features a PUR liner providing high abrasion and chemical resistance. When field-mounted to the KROHNE IFC 300 signal converter, the TIDALFLUX 2000 delivers dependable service in rugged environmental conditions. The sensor is factory calibrated, requiring no on-site calibration .

Applications include water and wastewater treatment, surface water monitoring, biological and chemical wastewater processing, and any application with partially filled pipes requiring reliable flow measurement .
