The unique Seametrics WT Series turbine flow meter electronically detects and processes rotation of the rotor and is available in sizes from 3 to 8 inches. Because the only moving part is a precision helical rotor, the WT Series is optimized for low-flow. In addition, accuracy is maximized by these in-line, individually-calibrated turbine flow meters.

The WT Series has high quality jewel bearings and polished zirconia ceramic shafts which minimize friction while providing long wear life in non-lubricating fluids. The entire rotor assembly can be easily taken out of this turbine flow meter for field service without removing the meter from the pipe. The meter body is fabricated from stainless steel or PVC. The standard turbine insert is either PVC or machined from a stainless steel casting, depending on the model selected. Turbine rotors are Kynar (PVDF).

An electronic register can be mounted on the meter to display flow rate, total (resettable or non-resettable), and provide a programmable pulse output. The same unit, in a wall mount or panel mount housing, can be located up to 2,000 feet away. It is not necessary to have any processing electronics on the meter itself unless local reading is desired. Maximum flow is up to 3000 GPM, with maximum pressure 200 psi and maximum temperature 200°F. Accuracy is ±1% FS.
