The Rosemount TUpH Model 396 / 396VP pH/ORP Sensors are designed for improved life in harsh, dirty, abrasive applications such as lime slurry waste treatment, paper machine headbox, and pigment/dye applications with high suspended solids.

Custom glass electrodes: flat glass for abrasive or coating applications (process flow acts as scrubbing agent); hemi bulb for general purpose requiring greater accuracy. Stainless steel body with EPDM seals. No electrolyte replenishment or component replacement required. Model 396VP features gel‑filled electrolyte, large area TUpH reference junction, and Variopol connector; SMART enabled.

Temperature range 0–100°C, max pressure 150 psig. Compatible with all Rosemount Analytical and other manufacturers’ instruments.
