The Duelco DSC-M1 is the master controller of the Duelco Safety Controller (DSC) system — a modular, programmable safety platform designed for DIN rail installation. It can operate as a standalone unit or serve as the central controller for an array of expansion modules, providing flexible and scalable machine safety solutions.

Safety Monitoring Capabilities

DSC-M1 is capable of monitoring a wide range of safety sensors and devices, including:

System Expansion & Fieldbus Connectivity

The modular architecture of the DSC system allows users to expand the DSC-M1 with a variety of I/O modules, including digital input expansions (MI8, MI16, MI12T8), output expansions with OSSD pairs (MO2, MO4), and configurable safety relay outputs (MOR4, MOR4S8). For industrial network integration, fieldbus modules are available supporting PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, CANopen, DeviceNet, and CC-Link protocols. A bus extension module (MCT) enables extending the internal DSC bus up to 50 meters.
