How do the Standard, Advanced, and Premium controllers differ?

Three control tiers allow users to match sophistication to application needs. The RQT Standard features a PLC controller with LCD display for setpoint monitoring, deviation alarms, pump running hours, and heater contactor life tracking. The RQT Advanced adds digital pressure and flow monitoring with adaptive maximum setpoint and adaptive pressure relief. The RQT Premium offers a full touchscreen HMI with trending charts, data logs, recipe storage, Modbus TCP/IP, and OPC/UA communication protocols for integration with plant-wide monitoring systems.

What construction features reduce long-term maintenance?

The pump and heater assembly uses a cast-iron volute with O-ring seals, minimizing threaded fittings and potential leak points. Low-watt-density Incoloy-sheathed heating elements resist corrosion better than copper or stainless steel alternatives. Silicon carbide severe-duty pump seals provide leak-resistant operation. An intelligent vent control automatically deactivates the vent sequence above 120°F (49°C) to prevent mold cooling after power interruptions. Direct injection (DI) models are available for processes requiring controlled discharge of heated water with cooling water addition directly from the supply line.
