The Piovan Easytherm EP is a pressurised mold temperature controller engineered for plastics processing lines—specifically injection moulding, blow moulding, and extrusion. It circulates pressurised water to heat moulds up to 180 °C, enabling consistent part quality in applications that require more thermal energy than atmospheric water systems can deliver. The unit integrates a magnetic-drive pump, advanced PID controller, and a 4.3″ TFT interface in a single robust package.

The tilted 4.3″ TFT display reduces glare in overhead-lit factory environments, and all navigation is handled through a single rotary knob—no touchscreen issues with wet or gloved hands.
