The Demei DY-KW is an intelligent temperature controller purpose-built for laboratory calibration environments. It provides PID, fuzzy control, and auto-tuning algorithms to precisely regulate oil tanks, water tanks, thermocouple verification furnaces, annealing furnaces, and ovens. The full-color LED display and touch screen interface simplify operation, while open/short circuit protection ensures safe unattended operation. With a control accuracy of ≤0.2 °C over 10 minutes, anti-overshoot heating, and multi-language support (Chinese default, global customization available), the DY-KW serves as a reliable thermal control companion for calibration metrology labs.

- Auto-Tuning PID + Fuzzy Control: The DY-KW combines auto-tuning PID with fuzzy logic to automatically determine optimal control parameters for different thermal loads—oil tanks, water tanks, or dry furnaces—eliminating manual PID tuning while maintaining stability. Rapid heating performance with no temperature overshoot protects sensitive sensors under calibration from thermal shock.
- ≤0.2 °C / 10 min Control Accuracy: Once the setpoint is reached, temperature drift remains within 0.2 °C over a 10-minute window—a critical specification for metrology calibration applications where thermal stability directly determines measurement uncertainty.
Operation & Multi-Language Display
- Full-Color LED + Touch Screen: The high-contrast full-color LED display shows setpoint, current temperature, and operational status on a single screen. Touch screen operation allows parameter adjustment without navigating through multi-level button menus. Default language is Chinese, with customization available for any local language globally.
- Adjustable Temperature Range: Upper and lower temperature limits are manually configurable according to the connected sensor type and calibration protocol requirements.
