Product Description
The DXTC-290 is a digital ultra-low temperature controller designed for precise thermal regulation in cryogenic research and industrial low-temperature processes. It features dual-loop PID control, with each loop independently associated with any of the connected sensors. The instrument supports multiple sensor types and offers Ethernet, RS-485, and USB communication for flexible system integration.
Key Features
- Dual-Loop PID Control: Two independent control loops, each with P, I, D, and manual output settings. The first loop provides a low-noise 100 W (upgradable to 200 W) heater output, and the second loop offers a 1 W (upgradable to 100 W) heater output.
- Multi-Sensor Input: Standard 2-channel input, expandable to 10 channels. Each channel has an independent temperature curve. Compatible with diode, Cernox, platinum RTD, and thermocouple sensors.
- Flexible Communication: Ethernet, RS-485 (up to 1200 m), and USB interfaces. Supports standard MODBUS protocol and custom ECT protocol. Up to 247 devices on a single RS-485 network.
- 5-Inch Touchscreen: Color capacitive touchscreen with Chinese/English display. Supports multiple temperature units (K, °C, V, Ω) with a display resolution of 0.0001 K.
- Comprehensive Safety Protection: Temperature set point limit, curve temperature limit, heating output slope limit, power gear limit, heater short circuit protection, and power-on heating disable.
