The NODKA NP-6116 series is a compact, fanless industrial PC designed for DIN rail or wall mounting. It offers multiple CPU options to match different performance and budget requirements, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial automation, machine vision, and control cabinet applications.

Processor Options and Performance

The NP-6116 series is available with three processor variants: Intel Celeron J1900 (quad-core, 2.0 GHz, 10W TDP) for basic automation tasks; Intel Celeron J6412 (quad-core, 2.0-2.6 GHz, 10W TDP) for improved performance and 4K display support; and Intel N97 (quad-core, up to 3.6 GHz, 12W TDP) for demanding edge computing applications. All variants feature fanless cooling for silent, maintenance-free operation.

Connectivity and I/O

Depending on the model, the NP-6116 offers 3 or 4 Intel Gigabit Ethernet ports for reliable industrial networking. It includes HDMI and DisplayPort outputs supporting up to 4K resolution for industrial HMIs. The I/O version (NP-6116-IO) provides 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs (NPN or PNP configurable), ideal for direct machine control. Standard serial ports include 1x RS232 and 1x RS485 for legacy device communication.

Expansion and Storage

The system features a full-size Mini PCIe slot with SIM card holder, supporting 4G LTE or Wi-Fi modules for wireless connectivity. Storage options include M.2 2242 slots for high-speed SSDs, with additional SATA ports available on certain models. The NP-6116 series supports Windows 10, Windows 11, and Linux operating systems.

Power and Environmental Specifications

The NP-6116 accepts a wide 12-24V DC input with comprehensive protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, and reverse polarity. It operates reliably in temperatures from -20°C to +60°C, making it suitable for factory floors and outdoor enclosures. The aluminum-magnesium alloy chassis provides excellent heat dissipation and durability.
