The Teddington COMSA series is a thermoelectric temperature regulator designed specifically for gas-fired commercial catering equipment, such as ovens, fryers, and griddles. The defining feature of the COMSA is its combined control and safety thermostat, which provides precise temperature regulation and fail-safe overheat protection in a single, compact unit. This ensures both optimal cooking performance and essential safety compliance.

Rugged Construction & Installation

  • Durable Build: The body is constructed from either aluminum or a combination of aluminum and brass, depending on the specific variant. It uses a remote copper capillary sensor to provide fast, accurate temperature response directly from the application's core.
  • Installation Flexibility: Available with three standard capillary lengths (762, 1219, and 1651 mm) and various pilot arrangements, enabling it to fit practically all standard installations. Electrical connections are configured by attaching standard 6.35 mm Faston terminals.
