At 4 kW, the drive powers conveyor sections that define the throughput of their zone — a main accumulation conveyor, a merge table feeding multiple lanes, or an incline belt lifting product between floor levels. The AF0 PROFINET interface means this drive reports its complete operational state to the PLC: speed, current, torque, DC-link voltage, heatsink temperature, and fault codes. 1XH64 AF0 — the transition drive

The 1XH64 is the sub-code that straddles the G115D's most important design boundary: the 4 kW FSB is the first G115D that requires a fan, and the AF0 variant is the one that puts that fan-cooled drive on the network. For the specifying engineer, this is the drive chosen when the load genuinely exceeds 3 kW (making fanless impossible) and the system architecture demands PROFINET visibility (making the AF0 suffix non-negotiable).
