It operates from a 380–480 V 3-phase supply with 10.2 A rated output current (HO), housed in an FSB frame with IP65/IP66 protection for washdown and dusty environments.

Why wall-mounted distributed drive architecture

Unlike cabinet-mount drives, the G115D mounts directly on the machine or conveyor frame — eliminating the control cabinet, reducing cable runs between drive and motor, and saving floor space. The IP65/IP66 sealed aluminum housing withstands high-pressure washdown and airborne dust, making it suitable for food and beverage, logistics, and automotive conveyor lines where drives are exposed to the production environment.

4 kW: the fan-cooled entry point in the FSB frame

At 4 kW, the G115D transitions from natural convection to integrated fan cooling — the 3 kW variant (2XA03) is the last fanless model in FSB.
