The 6SL3520-2XA60-5AF0 is the PROFINET-equipped 0.55 kW variant of the SINAMICS G115D wall-mounted distributed drive in the FSA frame. PROFINET at 0.55 kW — Networked Control for Mid-Range Conveyor Zones

At 0.55 kW with 1.7 A rated output, this variant drives a larger conveyor motor than the 0.37 kW FSA drives while keeping networked control. The integrated M12 D-coded 2-port switch enables daisy-chain wiring across multiple G115D drives — a 0.55 kW unit at each conveyor zone, chained without additional Ethernet switches. PROFIsafe delivers SIL 2 / PL d safety over the same cable. The AA0 and AB0 variants at 0.55 kW keep control hardwired; AF0 is the choice when the drive must participate in a PROFINET automation network with centralized safety logic and drive-to-drive communication across the line.

The drive shares the 380 × 156 × 129 mm fanless FSA enclosure, IP65/IP66 protection, integrated C2 EMC line filter, and braking chopper standard across the 2XA60 sub-series.
