Product Description
The E+E EE741 is an inline thermal flow meter dedicated to the accurate metering and monitoring of compressed air and technical gases such as O2, N2, Ar, and CO2 . It is an ideal tool for applications like compressed air consumption measurement, nitrogen generator monitoring, and leak detection .
The meter utilizes a well-proven hot film sensor element, which ensures excellent long-term stability and a fast response time. Outstanding measuring accuracy, even in the lower part of the measuring range, is achieved through an application-specific multi-point factory adjustment performed at 102 psi (7 bar) . This allows for reliable leak detection and corresponding energy savings .
The EE741 features a modular design optimized for easy installation and maintenance. It is available in two main pipe size configurations: for 1/2 to 1 inch (DN15 to DN25) pipes with flow rates up to 124.71 SCFM, and for 1-1/4 to 2 inch (DN32 to DN50) pipes with flow rates up to 493.35 SCFM. It offers a variety of output options, including 0/4-20 mA analog, pulse, switch, Modbus RTU, and M-Bus, to suit different monitoring and control systems. Mounting blocks for installation are ordered separately .
