Product Description
The E+H Memosens CLS15E is a digital 2-electrode conductivity sensor designed for measurements in pure and ultrapure water. It features coaxially arranged polished stainless steel 1.4435 electrodes (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm) with individual measurement of cell constant for high accuracy at low conductivities. Two cell constants are available: k=0.01 (0.04-20 µS/cm) and k=0.1 (0.10-200 µS/cm).
The sensor supports Memosens 2.0 technology for extended storage of calibration and process data via non-contact inductive signal transmission, enabling predictive maintenance and IIoT integration. Process temperature range is -20 to 100°C for threaded fixed cable versions, or -20 to 120°C for threaded plug-in head versions. Sterilization up to 140°C (284°F) for 30 minutes is possible. Pressure rating is 13 bar at 20°C (188 psi) absolute, derating to 1 bar at 120°C (14 psi). IP68 protection and multiple Ex certifications (ATEX, IECEx, NEPSI, CSA) are available.
The compact design allows easy installation in pipes or flow assemblies using NPT ½", NPT ¾", or Clamp 1½" ISO 2852 connections. Minimum immersion depth is 35 mm (1.38"). Compatible with Liquiline CM44x, CM42, and CM14 transmitters using Memosens cables CYK10 (standard) or CYK11 (extension). Applications include ion exchanger monitoring, boiler feedwater, reverse osmosis, cooling water, distillation, and chip cleaning. Inspection certificate EN 10204 3.1 available.
