The Michell Instruments QMA601 Moisture Analyzer is an Advanced Quartz Crystal Microbalance analyzer designed to provide reliable, fast and accurate measurement of trace moisture content in a wide variety of process applications where keeping moisture levels as low as possible is of critical importance.

The analyzer offers fast and reliable measurement from 0.1 to 2000 ppmV with exceptional accuracy of ±0.1 ppmV at less than 1 ppmV and 10% from 1 to 2000 ppmV. It is maintenance-free for 3 years, significantly reducing operational costs and downtime. Built-in verification of customer process gas ensures measurement integrity.

The QMA601 features an intuitive color HMI with touch-screen keypad that requires no hot work permit for operation. It includes 14 internal alarms for comprehensive process monitoring, and supports 21 predefined carrier gases plus 3 user-defined gases for maximum application flexibility. The analyzer is IECEx, ATEX, TC-TR Ex certified for Exd flameproof, and CSAus certified for explosion proof, making it suitable for hazardous area installations.
