The WIKA CTD9100-ZERO Dry Well Calibrator provides simple calibration at 32°F (0°C). The operating position is defined as upright, since this achieves the optimum temperature distribution. It is suited for on-site calibrations and is extremely user-friendly. Due to its compact design and low weight, it can be taken and used almost anywhere. The instrument concept brings together a stable heat source with precision Pt100 temperature measurement, enabling industrial temperature probes to be calibrated efficiently.

The temperature dry-well calibrators of the CTD9100 series work with temperature-controlled metal blocks and interchangeable inserts. The calibration temperature, adjusted simply using two buttons on the controller, can be very quickly controlled. The actual and set temperature of the heating block can be displayed simultaneously on a large 4-digit, high-contrast LC display, virtually eliminating reading errors.

With a temperature range of -10°C to 100°C and exceptional accuracy of 0.05K at 0°C, the CTD9100-ZERO is ideal for simple calibration of thermometers at the ice point, tempering of thermocouple cold junctions, and use in test benches and calibration laboratories. It features a 150mm immersion depth and an aluminum block. Heating time is 15 minutes from -10°C to 100°C, and cooling time is 10 minutes from 100°C to -10°C (5 minutes from 23°C to -10°C).
