The ThermoVaultX series is a thermal insulated, oven temperature recorder available with four or eight thermocouple channels. Capable of withstanding extreme temperatures up to 662°F for up to 25 minutes when properly sealed, the external thermocouple probes provide accurate temperature measurements with fast response times.

Its stainless steel enclosure and thermal properties lend itself to be the ideal temperature recording device for applications such as powder coating cure ovens, wet coating cure ovens, batch ovens, and conveyor ovens. Reading rate ranges from 4Hz up to 1 reading every 24 hours, providing flexibility for various process monitoring needs.

Memory capacity: 4-channel model stores 524,032 readings per channel; 8-channel model stores 262,016 readings per channel. Internal channel temperature calibrated accuracy: ±0.5°C (0°C to 50°C). Baud rate: 460,800 baud for fast data download. Battery life: 18 months. NIST certificate included.

The ThermoVaultX series is compatible with the latest MadgeTech 4 Software making starting, stopping, and downloading simple and easy. Graphical, tabular, and summary data is provided for analysis and can be viewed as customizable engineering units.
