Product Description

The Rosemount Model 141 is an insertion-type contacting conductivity sensor with a ¾" MNPT process connector for direct installation into process piping, vessels, or flow-through tees. It is suitable for clean to moderately conductive liquids across a range of industrial applications.

The sensor is available in two temperature versions: standard (302°F/150°C) and high temperature (392°F/200°C). Both versions feature 316 stainless steel electrodes and body with a PEEK insulator and Viton O-rings for excellent chemical compatibility. Selectable cell constants of 0.2 cm⁻¹ and 1.0 cm⁻¹ allow measurement of medium to high conductivity liquids from 0 to 20,000 µS/cm with ±5% FS accuracy.

An integral cast aluminum junction box simplifies field wiring. The sensor is compatible with Rosemount analytical transmitters including Models 1056, 56, 54eC, 1066-C, Xmt-C, 5081-C, and 6081-C. Weight ranges from 2 to 3 lb depending on configuration. The sensor is designed for rugged industrial environments requiring reliable, long-term performance.
