The Litemax IBOX-APL7 D TYPE is a fanless embedded box PC designed for industrial automation and edge computing applications. Powered by Intel Atom, Pentium, or Celeron Apollo Lake processors, it delivers energy-efficient performance in a compact fanless chassis, ensuring silent and maintenance-free operation.

Processor and Memory

The system supports a range of Apollo Lake SoCs including Intel Atom x7-E3950 (1.6GHz, 12W), x5-E3940 (1.6GHz, 9.5W), x5-E3930 (1.3GHz, 6.5W), Pentium N4200 (1.1GHz, 6W), and Celeron N3350 (1.1GHz, 6W). It includes one 204-pin DDR3L 1866MHz SO-DIMM slot supporting up to 8GB of system memory.

Rich I/O and Connectivity

The IBOX-APL7 D TYPE provides extensive I/O for industrial connectivity: 4x USB ports (2x USB 3.0, 2x USB 2.0), 4x COM ports (3x RS232, 1x RS232/422/485), 1x GbE LAN port, 1x DP display output, and audio jacks (Mic-in, Line-in, Line-out). Dual display support is available via HDMI and DP interfaces.

Storage and Expansion

The system accommodates a 2.5" HDD/SSD drive bay and an M.2 M-key 2242 slot for SSD storage. Expansion options include one Full-size Mini-PCIe slot and one M.2 B+M-Key 3042 slot (with uSIM card support for WWAN modules).

Power and Environmental Specifications

The IBOX-APL7 D TYPE accepts a wide DC 12-24V input via a phoenix connector. It operates reliably in temperatures from 0°C to 60°C, with optional wide-temperature versions available for -20°C to -40°C environments. The rugged aluminum extrusion and heavy-duty steel construction provide durability for industrial deployments.
