The CleanAir Europe 0725R Series is a robust, rack-mountable digital temperature controller engineered for demanding environmental monitoring and industrial heating applications. It is commonly deployed to precisely control the temperature of heated sample lines, ovens, heated head pumps, filters, and probes—critical components in continuous emissions monitoring (CEM) and process gas analysis. The controller can be adapted to regulate almost any type of resistive heating load, making it a versatile tool for maintaining sample integrity in analytical systems.

At the heart of the system is a 1/32 DIN programmable PID controller, offering precise temperature regulation with an accuracy tolerance of ±2°F or °C. It accepts a standard Type K thermocouple input via a convenient panel-mount connector, ensuring reliable temperature feedback from the field. The controller drives a powerful 25-amp solid-state relay (SSR) output, capable of switching high-wattage heating loads with minimal electrical noise and long operational life. A 25-amp manual reset circuit breaker provides robust overload protection, safeguarding both the controller and the connected heating equipment from damage due to excessive current draw or wiring faults.

The 0725R Series is built for reliable, long-term field deployment. The standard unit is housed in a durable, sub-rack-mountable aluminum enclosure that neatly integrates into standard 19-inch equipment racks. For installations in harsher environments, an optional NEMA 4 enclosure is available, providing superior protection against dust, splashing water, and other outdoor elements. The controller is available in both 120V and 230V configurations. For applications requiring integration with PLCs, DCS systems, or external data loggers, an optional 4-20 mA retransmission signal can be specified. This feature allows the controller to output a linear analog signal proportional to the measured temperature, enabling remote monitoring and recording. CleanAir Engineering also offers full calibration and servicing for this unit, with NIST-traceable pyrometer calibration performed at 50°F intervals from 50°F to 600°F, ensuring peak performance and measurement confidence over its operational life.
