Product Description
The Wilcoxon iT301 intelligent vibration transmitter interfaces standard vibration sensors with PLC, DCS, or SCADA systems. It accepts IEPE accelerometers, piezovelocity sensors, and dual-output sensors combining vibration and temperature.
The input signal splits into two independent processing bands with selectable integration and configurable filters. Results map to dual 4-20mA analog outputs, fully isolated to prevent ground loops. Detector types include RMS, peak, and true peak for capturing transients. Full-scale ranges are field-configurable.
Modbus communication over RS485 and TCP/IP is standard, with a single NC/NO relay for alarm mapping. Configuration is via built-in web server accessed through the front-panel Ethernet port—no proprietary software required. The 22.5mm DIN rail enclosure features pluggable terminals, LED status indicators, and buffered BNC sensor output for diagnostics. Operating temperature -40°C to +70°C.
