Product Description
The Wilcoxon iT300 is an intelligent, user-configurable vibration transmitter designed to provide a simple and reliable interface between standard IEPE vibration sensors and control systems such as PLCs, DCS, or SCADA . It eliminates the complexity of raw vibration analysis by processing the signal and outputting industry-standard 4-20 mA current loops proportional to machine condition .
The iT300 features two independent processing bands with flexible mapping options to its two 4-20 mA outputs. This allows users to monitor two different parameters simultaneously, such as overall velocity and high-frequency acceleration . The processing channels include selectable integration, enabling an accelerometer input to be output as either acceleration or velocity. The transmitter offers a wide frequency response from 0.2 Hz to 20 kHz and high accuracy of ±0.2% of full scale .
Configuration is highly flexible with selectable band-pass filters (with Fmax options up to 20 kHz) and detector types (RMS, Peak, Peak-to-Peak) to tailor the processing to specific machine types and fault conditions . In addition to the vibration bands, the iT300 continuously measures temperature input and the sensor's bias output voltage (BOV). With its 24-bit delta-sigma ADC and >90 dB dynamic range, it provides high-fidelity signal processing for effective condition monitoring.
