The Wilcoxon PCC420V series compact vibration sensor provides a 4-20mA output proportional to velocity vibration, allowing for continuous trending of overall machine vibration. The top-exit sensor is constructed with 316L stainless steel and features a compact housing—making it suitable for installations with height restrictions where standard transmitters cannot fit.

The PCC420V's case-isolated, hermetically sealed design uses a 1/4-28 UNF tapped hole for mounting with a 2-pin MIL-C-5015 or 4-pin M12 connector. At 120 grams—25% lighter than the standard PC420V—the PCC420V is ideal for applications where weight or space is constrained, such as on smaller pump/motor sets, compact gearboxes, and machinery with limited overhead clearance.

Manufactured in an ISO 9001 facility, the PCC420V series is loop-powered (12–30 VDC) and easily integrates into existing PLC, DCS, or SCADA infrastructure.
