The Panametrics PanaFlow Z3 ultrasonic flow meter does not require maintenance since it does not have any obstruction in the flow path that could clog the line, nor does it have any moving parts that could be damaged by the flowing fluid. The PanaFlow Z3's measurement is not affected by changing process conditions (temperature, pressure, and conductivity) and does not drift over time that would require periodic calibration.

The meter offers a flow velocity range of -82 to 82 ft/s with accuracy of ±0.25% of reading above 1.6ft/s and ±1.25 mm/s below. Repeatability is ±0.15%. Operating temperature is -40 to 140°F, with fluid temperature capability up to 302°F for remote mount configuration. The built-in magnetic, six-button, lockable keypad allows easy configuration.
