The 6SL3520-2XA67-5AF0 is the top-of-range SINAMICS G115D wall-mounted distributed drive — 7.5 kW in the FSC frame with PROFINET and EtherNet/IP (AF0). Rated at 19 A HO (38 A overload for 3 s), it is the most capable G115D variant: maximum motor capacity, networked control, and integrated fan cooling in a 425 × 180 × 169 mm wall-mounted enclosure.

Top of the G115D Range — 7.5 kW with PROFINET

At the G115D wall-mounted power ceiling of 7.5 kW / 19 A HO, the AF0 interface provides PROFINET IO for cyclic process data, PROFIsafe for SIL 2 / PL d safety over the same cable, and EtherNet/IP for mixed-vendor interoperability. The integrated M12 D-coded 2-port switch enables daisy-chain topologies — a 7.5 kW unit at the main conveyor infeed, smaller FSA/FSB drives at downstream zones, all chained without additional Ethernet switches. The AA0 and AB0 variants at 7.5 kW keep control hardwired. The FSC frame uses integrated fan cooling (245 W power loss at full load, 580 mA 24 V DC draw), with an integrated C2 EMC filter, braking chopper, and support for an external braking resistor down to 40 Ω.
