The thermal threshold in the G115D range. At 4 kW and 172.9 W power loss, the heat sink can no longer shed enough heat through natural convection alone — this is where the integrated fan becomes mandatory. Every G115D from this power level upward is actively cooled.

FSB frame, 7.52 kg. The AB0 suffix gives standard I/O with brake control: four digital inputs, one fail-safe input, two configurable DI/DO channels, and a 180 V DC brake transistor (0.8 A max). No PROFINET port — this variant is for installations where the drive receives commands over hardwired I/O from a nearby controller or relay logic.

Rated 10.2 A output at 400 V. Typical application: a pallet conveyor drive section where the motor needs a holding brake for incline sections, but the control architecture does not require fieldbus communication at every drive node.
