The 6SL3520-1XM00-7AB0 delivers 0.75 kW in the G115D FSA frame with the AB-suffix enhanced I/O — the mid-tier 0.75 kW configuration for fanless decentralized drives that need more than base I/O but do not require PROFINET. Electrically identical to the 7AF0 at 2.2 A continuous (4.4 A peak), it provides the same motor control performance with expanded hardwired connectivity. The 1XM FSA enclosure (380 × 216 × 129 mm) mounts directly on the machine frame with IP65/IP66 protection and natural-convection cooling.

The AB enhanced configuration adds digital and analog I/O channels beyond the AA base variant, plus an additional STO interface — suited for small machines where sensors, actuators, and safety devices connect directly to the drive. For PROFINET-based architectures, the AF variant provides the network interface; for hardwired control with higher I/O density at 0.75 kW, the AB variant fills that role.
