The FS3198-C4m is a multi-channel weighing threshold controller by Chongqing Bincheng for concrete batching plants, hopper scales, and tank weighing systems. It replaces simple setpoint relays and small PLCs in applications where the control logic is threshold-based: when the weigh hopper reaches a target weight, the corresponding relay switches — starting the next feeder, stopping a conveyor, or opening a discharge gate. One hundred recipes are stored in non-volatile memory, each defining up to four weight thresholds.

How do the two control schemes work?

The FS3198-C4m offers two selectable output modes. In independent threshold mode, each of the four relays (K1–K4) switches independently when its configured weight is reached — suitable for multi-material batching where each ingredient triggers its own feeder stop. In interval zone mode, relays K1 through K5 activate sequentially as weight increases through predefined bands — for example, coarse feed, fine feed, stop, discharge, and complete. A manual keypad mode lets commissioning engineers test each relay individually while automatic control logic is suspended.
