How does the check weigh grading function work?

The 5200 supports up to 5 grading bands using 4 configurable setpoint targets per product. Operators can store up to 99 product presets, each with dedicated tare, setpoint targets, counting sample information, and accumulated totals. Statistical reporting tracks grading distribution across products, and the programmable function key provides one-touch access to frequently used operations.

What load cell configurations are supported?

The controller drives up to 12 load cells (350 Ω each) via 6-wire connection with sense, providing 8V excitation. Span adjustment covers 0.1 mV/V to 3.0 mV/V full scale with zero cancellation up to ±2.0 mV. A digital averaging filter (1–200 readings) suppresses vibration-induced noise, achieving less than 0.05 μV p-p noise and span drift below 10 ppm/°C.

What communication and expansion options are available?

Standard dual RS-232 ports support auto-transmit, network, and printer driver modes with custom ticket formatting. Optional expansion includes a setpoint card with 4 isolated outputs and 4 digital inputs, a combo card with 4–20 mA or ±10V analogue output, and a DIN rail relay module with 4 voltage-free contacts rated 250 VAC/8 A. The built-in real-time clock enables date-stamped print records.
