The ISOELECTRIC EASY WEIGHER PANEL is a digital batch weighing controller designed for multi-component formulation and dosing applications. It manages up to 20 formulas with 8 ingredients each, guiding the operator through sequential component addition while displaying individual measurements on a 16×2 graphical LCD. An accumulator tracks up to 99 weighing cycles with incremental numbering for batch traceability.

What operational modes are available?

The controller supports both automatic and manual weighing modes. In automatic mode, the controller sequences through the formula components, displaying target and actual weights for each ingredient. In manual mode, the operator selects components individually. All measurement data — including individual readings and accumulated totals — can be printed for documentation. Dynamic weighing data output is available on request.

How is the controller installed?

Housed in a self-extinguishing plastic enclosure with a transparent polycarbonate cover measuring 235 × 185 × 120 mm and weighing 1 kg, the EASY WEIGHER PANEL is designed for panel or wall mounting. It operates from a 12 VDC supply and is compatible with all types of load cells, providing flexibility for integration with existing weighing platforms or custom hopper scales.
