The 6SL3520-2XD01-1AF0 is the 1.1 kW member of the distributed SINAMICS G115D for SIMATIC, built to mount on the machine or conveyor frame instead of in a cabinet. Its IP65/IP66 (UL Type 4X) enclosure and -30 to +55 C operating range mean it survives coolant spray, washdown and cold-storage duty without a protective housing. At 1.1 kW it delivers 6.2 A from a 380-480 V three-phase supply in a 380 x 156 x 129 mm FSA frame.

PROFINET and EtherNet/IP are onboard, and PROFIsafe carries STO over the same cable as the control data, so there is no separate safety wiring run back to the cabinet.
