The Rosemount 4051SC Coplanar Scalable Pressure Transmitter measures differential, gauge, and absolute pressure. The coplanar platform allows seamless integration with manifolds, primary elements, and seal solutions. Bluetooth connectivity provides for simplified configuration and maintenance, while increasing personnel safety by avoiding the need to enter hazardous locations. Two integral relay pressure switches provide enhanced asset protection and help prevent overpressure conditions.

The graphical, backlit display is large and available in seven languages. The all-welded hermetic stainless steel SuperModule platform resists overpressure and line pressure effects to ensure 0.025% accuracy. Integral relay switches help eliminate failure, accuracy and reliability issues that are common with standalone switches, and allow simple on/off control capabilities for applications without a PLC or DCS.

Measurement range for differential is up to 2,000 PSI, and for gauge & absolute up to 10,000 PSIG. Output is 4-20mA HART with two integral relays, with response time <50ms. Diagnostics include process intelligence, dedicated plugged impulse line & loop integrity, and expanded process alerts. Wetted material options include 316L stainless steel, Alloy C-276, Alloy 400, Tantalum, and gold-plated versions. Ultra, Ultra-for-Flow, and Classic performance options are available, along with remote display and interface and safety certification option.
