The Druck DPI 620 Genii Multifunction Calibrator is a flexible modular calibration system that uses three basic components to perform multiple functions that formerly required a wide range of different instruments. The ultra-compact electrical, frequency, and temperature calibrator provides simultaneous measurement and source capabilities.

Pressure measurement is provided by interchangeable PM620 pressure modules that feature a simple screw fit, making both pressure and electrical connections without tools, sealing tape, cables or plugs. Digital characterization allows interchangeability without set-up or calibration. Modules can be changed in seconds to re-range an instrument.

The calibrator can be attached to one of three pressure generation stations: PV621G (pneumatic, 95% vacuum to 20 bar), PV622G (pneumatic, 95% vacuum to 100 bar), or PV623G (hydraulic to 1000 bar) to form a high-performance, fully-integrated pressure calibrator.

The advanced touchscreen and new user interface provide a flatter menu structure and greater ease-of-use. A completely new digital platform supports HART and Fieldbus applications. The intuitive dashboard allows for quickly launching applications. The compact and lightweight design is rugged for field applications with IP65 weather-proofing.
