The Optris PI NetBox is a rugged, miniaturized industrial PC designed to transform Optris PI series infrared cameras into powerful standalone thermal imaging solutions. It serves a dual purpose: upgrading the camera to an independent unit or acting as a USB-to-Ethernet adapter, enabling long-distance separation between the process (camera) and the monitoring system (PC).

Built for industrial environments, the NetBox features an Intel Atom E3950 QuadCore processor (1.6 GHz, 2.0 GHz Turbo) paired with 4GB of RAM and a 32GB SSD, providing ample power to run the PIX Connect software smoothly. Its compact, anodized aluminum housing (113 x 57 x 47 mm) weighs only 385g and operates reliably from 0°C to 50°C (up to 315°C with the Cooling Jacket Advanced).

Key connectivity includes GigE Ethernet with Power over Ethernet (PoE) support, simplifying installation with a single cable for data and power. It also offers three USB 2.0 ports and a Micro-HDMI output. The system integrates hardware and software watchdogs, ensuring high reliability and stability for safety-critical, 24/7 remote monitoring applications. It operates on Windows 10 Enterprise, allowing for easy customization and software installation. Powered by an 8-48 VDC range or PoE, it consumes less than 7.5W (+2.5W for the camera).
