Screen Configurations

QuickPanel+ is available in sizes from 6 to 15 inches. The 6-inch model features a resistive single-touch screen suitable for gloved operation. Models 7 inches and larger incorporate multi-touch (2-point) projected capacitive screens with higher resolution and pinch zoom capability, enabling more sophisticated visualization and interaction.

Connectivity Options

Port configurations vary by model. The 6 and 7 inch versions include Ethernet, RS-232 5-pin serial I/O, two USB ports, Mini-USB, SD/SDHC card slot, mic in (mono) and line out (stereo) 3.5mm audio jacks, and 3-pin power input. The 10 inch and larger models omit the mic in audio jack but add an additional Ethernet port and a 5-pin RS-485 connector for expanded communication capabilities.

Advanced Functionality

Built-in HTML5 Dashboards, VNC connectivity, and SNMP communication enable remote access to critical application data from anywhere on any device. Internet and intranet access allows viewing training videos, compiling reports, and accessing other business-critical information directly from the HMI. Email and text alerts can be configured based on user-defined settings, while object-based programming simplifies application development. SD/SDHC card provides non-volatile storage for data logging and application backup.
