How does the EasyWeb maintain consistent web tension?

The EasyWeb calculates roll diameter from line-speed and roll-speed tachometer signals — or accepts direct input from ultrasonic or rider-roll diameter sensors — and adjusts motor or brake torque in real time. As roll diameter changes during winding, the controller compensates automatically, preventing web breakage, stretching, or wrinkling.

What output configurations are available?

Three output variants serve different actuation needs: Drive (D) provides 0–10 VDC isolated output for AC/DC drives and variable-speed systems; Pneumatic (P) actuates air-operated brakes or clutches via servo valve; High Voltage (V) delivers up to 90 VDC via SCRs for electric brakes and eddy-current clutches. All models include taper tension, inertia compensation, and soft start.
