The 6SL3520-1XD03-0AF0 is the debut of 1XD03 — the 1XD D-connector SINAMICS G115D at 3 kW FSB fanless, the highest fanless power rating now available with the D-connector interface. It delivers 7.7 A HO (15.4 A LO) in the fanless FSB enclosure (425 × 180 × 134 mm, 7.12 kg) with natural convection cooling. 3 kW is the highest G115D power achievable without a cooling fan — important for noise-sensitive and low-maintenance installations. AF0 provides PROFINET IO with PROFIsafe, EtherNet/IP, and an integrated 2-port switch, designated for SIMATIC control systems. Operates at 380–480 V three-phase, compatible with IE2/IE3/IE4 motors across 0–550 Hz, IP65 sealed.

1XD03: D-connector at the highest fanless G115D

1XD03 brings the D-connector's single-cable power+communication convenience to the 3 kW fanless FSB node — a power level previously only available with B-connector and C-connector interfaces. The D-connector provides compact single-cable connectivity at a power rating where the drive is physically larger (FSB vs FSA) but the connector ecosystem stays the same. 1XD03 parallels 0XD03 (structurally expected), 0XB03/0XB43 (B-connector), 0XC03/1XC03 (C-connector), and all other 3 kW FSB fanless codes — the same 7.7 A HO hardware, now with D-connector interface.
