The 6SL3520-1XN01-1AA0 delivers 1.1 kW in the G115D 1XN-variant FSA frame with AA-suffix base I/O — the essential fanless modular drive for cost-sensitive 1.1 kW decentralized conveyor applications. Electrically identical to the 1AB0 at 3.1 A continuous (6.2 A peak at 200% overload), it provides the same motor control performance in a leaner I/O package. The FSA enclosure (380 × 216 × 129 mm) mounts directly on the machine frame with IP65/IP66 protection and natural-convection cooling.

The 1XN modular electronics platform enables the electronics module to be replaced in under 15 minutes without disturbing field wiring. The AA base configuration covers the core decentralized drive needs: digital I/O for start/stop and direction control, one STO channel, and the integrated C2 EMC filter. When the machine's control architecture already handles sensor feedback and safety logic upstream, the AA variant avoids paying for unused I/O. For expanded hardwired I/O or PROFINET integration, the AB enhanced and AF PROFINET variants provide those upgrades.
