The 6SL3520-1XN02-2AA0 delivers 2.2 kW in the G115D 1XN-variant FSB frame with AA-suffix base I/O — the essential fanless modular drive for cost-sensitive 2.2 kW decentralized conveyor applications. Electrically identical to the 1AB0 at 5.9 A continuous (11.8 A peak at 200% overload), it provides the same motor control performance in a leaner I/O package. The 1XN FSB enclosure (425 × 240 × 134 mm) mounts directly on the machine frame with IP65/IP66 protection and natural-convection cooling — no fan to maintain, no fan noise.

The 1XN modular electronics platform enables the electronics module to be replaced in under 15 minutes without disturbing field wiring — a decisive uptime advantage in high-throughput material handling. The AA base configuration covers the core decentralized drive needs: digital I/O for start/stop and direction control, one STO channel, and the integrated C2 EMC filter. For applications needing additional I/O or PROFINET, the AB enhanced and AF PROFINET variants provide those upgrades. Standard G115D features apply: 200% overload for 3 s, internal braking chopper, STO SIL 2, and SAM web-server commissioning.
