The 6SL3520-1XH60-7AF0 is the PROFINET variant of the G115D 0.75 kW FSA drive. At 4.4 A in the fanless FSA frame, it brings PROFIdrive communication to a power level traditionally served by simple hardwired drives — proving that network visibility scales down to the smallest conveyor modules.

PROFINET at 0.75 kW — visibility for the smallest drives

A 0.75 kW drive typically powers a short belt section, a diverter, or a reject gate — the kinds of mechanisms that, when they fail, stop the upstream and downstream sections with them. Without PROFINET, this drive is invisible to the SCADA system: it trips, the line stops, and someone walks the line to find out which drive faulted. With the AF0 PROFINET interface, the drive reports its status to the PLC over PROFIdrive — speed, current, fault code — alongside every other drive on the network. When the line stops, the SCADA screen shows exactly which drive tripped, from the 7.5 kW main drive down to this 0.75 kW unit.

FSA fanless with fieldbus

Like all FSA variants, the 0.75 kW drive cools passively via natural convection — no fan, ~250 mA at 24 V DC, silent operation. The PROFINET interface adds an RJ45 port next to the power terminals and nothing else — no additional heat, no additional current draw. For the conveyor OEM building standardized networked modules, this is the drive that puts every section on the network, from the largest to the smallest.
