As the AA0 base configuration, it delivers the same 10.2 A continuous output current and 200% overload capability (20.4 A peak) as its higher-spec siblings, but omits the operator panel and daisy-chain connectors for maximum cost efficiency. The FSB frame with integrated fan cooling (425 × 180 × 169 mm) handles the 4 kW thermal load without derating at up to 40 °C ambient.

AA0 — When Less Is More. The AA0 variant is the economic choice for AS-i conveyor architectures where all commissioning, diagnostics, and parameterization are handled remotely through the AS-i master gateway. Without the operator panel, the drive is lighter, has no glass window to protect, and draws marginally less 24 V DC standby current. For system integrators deploying dozens of identical 4 kW drives across a distribution center, the AA0 per-unit savings compound significantly while delivering identical motor control performance. FSB Fan-Cooled Architecture.
