The 0CF0 build of this 250 kW SINAMICS G120X addresses both at the source — an integrated DC link reactor inside the FSG housing, and an onboard Ethernet port that speaks PROFINET and EtherNet/IP.

Where do the harmonics of a 250 kW drive actually go?

Into the DC link, where the integrated reactor smooths the current draw before it reaches the grid — the reactor is factory-fitted on this 250 kW frame, so the input side needs no external choke cubicle, and the drive holds a power factor of 0.90 to 0.95. Combined with the integrated C3 filter for the second industrial environment, the input-side mitigation list is already checked off at delivery.

One Ethernet port, two industrial protocols — how does that help?

The F-suffix port carries both PROFINET and EtherNet/IP, so a plant that runs Siemens controllers on PROFINET while a Rockwell-side layer monitors over EtherNet/IP does not need protocol conversion to reach the drive. No DC terminals on this build — the 0-prefix layout is the lean choice when cabinet and motor sit close, which also keeps the du/dt question off the table. Ratings are the family standard: 477 A LO, 644 A maximum, 110% per 60 s overload.
